However, finding your way around how to actually place a bet took me about 40 minutes plus a visit to the Live Help lady, who whilst very nice, didnt know the answer either. Placing a Bet
Genting Bet only offer a World Cup Virtual Football offering, unlike some of its competitors who also offer English Premier League and European Cup options.
When you first get to the odds, its a pretty recognisable affair. The main betting area is below the main screen and give your the odds on 16 markets, including winning team, correct score, Asian and European handicaps and more. The only obvious markets missing are the player markets. You cant bet on the name of the first scorer, neither can you do anytime scorer. There are no yellow/red card markets either. So its essentially the markets based on a team performance, not an individuals performance.
With each individual match there is no option to combine your bets – all you bets are singles.
To place a bet, all you have to do is click on the market/bet that you want to place. This will be added to the betslip at the top right of the screen. Choose your stake, submit the bet and you’re done. You can add more bets if you wish, but you won’t be able to combine them if they are all in the same match.
Types of Bet
As mentioned above, if you are betting on a single match, then all your bets are singles. There are no options to combine bets.
Unless of course, you are betting on the outcome of different matches. then the usual rules apply.
Genting Bet only operate a World Cup style Virtual Football format, so you could easily pick a number of the matches to go into an accumulator.
You can also mix and match betting markets for each game. This means that in separate matches you could bet on (for example) Spain to win one match, Germany to draw another, Portugal to score more than 3 goals and England to lose on penalties (I might have made the last one up but you get what I mean).
